On Becoming a Leader

Leaders are important because (1) they are responsible for the success or failure of all organizations, (2) the world needs a guiding purpose, and leaders fulfill that need; and (3) the integrity of our institutions is being called into question. Thus, the quality of life depends on the quality of our leaders.
