From Baby Boom to Baby Bust

At the end of World War II, America saw the birth rate soar to unprecedented numbers, and then, in the early '60s, "suddenly" plummet. Because of this boom/bust cycle, American business will be left stranded. Corporate America's only recourse is to begin treating human resource as a valued asset - the same as factories, equipment, and cash reserves.
